Rescheduling your appointment

Learn how to reschedule your appointment directly in Fay's app or on the website

Rescheduling appointments through the Fay app or patient portal is simple and hassle-free.

Follow this step-by-step guide to choose a new appointment time that works for you.

  • Log into Fay and navigate to the "Appointments" tab

  • Click on "Reschedule" under Actions on the upcoming appointment you want to reschedule

  • Confirm the selected appointment is the one you want to reschedule and click "Update appointment"

  • Find a new date and time that is available, and click "Update appointment"

Note: If you do not see any available appointment slots that work, please message your dietitian and ask them to find a mutually available time.
