Rescheduling appointments through the Fay app or patient portal is simple and hassle-free.
Follow this step-by-step guide to choose a new appointment time that works for you.
Log into Fay and navigate to the "Appointments" tab
Click on "Reschedule" under Actions on the upcoming appointment you want to reschedule
Confirm the selected appointment is the one you want to reschedule and click "Update appointment"
Find a new date and time that is available, and click "Update appointment"
Note: If you do not see any available appointment slots that work, please message your dietitian and ask them to find a mutually available time.
