Canceling your appointment

Learn how to cancel an upcoming appointment directly in Fay's app or on the website

We understand that plans change - and that's OK. If you need to cancel an upcoming appointment with your provider, please follow the steps below.

  • Log into Fay and navigate to the "Appointments" tab

  • Click on "Cancel" under Actions on the upcoming appointment or series of appointments you want to cancel

  • After selecting which appointment or series of appointments you want to cancel, you will see a confirmation of the cancelation on the "Appointments" tab.


Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time

If the scheduled appointment you wish to cancel is within the next 24 hours, please send a message to your dietitian using the chat feature to cancel. Canceling within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may result in a cancelation fee.
