1. What is my price?
For information on price, please check out faynutrition.com/get-your-price or go to your dietitian’s profile page to enter your insurance details and get an estimate. This is an estimate we get directly from your insurance company and is 5x more accurate than calling your insurance company to verify benefits.
2. I don't see my insurance carrier listed. Can you still bill my insurance plan?
Fay can only bill insurance plans listed on your dietitian's profile. If you don't see your insurance carrier listed on your dietitian's profile and are unable to verify your insurance details when checking your price here: faynutrition.com/get-your-price, then we will not be able to bill your sessions through your health insurance plan. Fay is constantly adding new plans and expanding its coverage, so please check back soon!
3. I received a bill for $300-$500!! What's going on?
A few weeks after a session, you may receive a letter from your insurance company that looks like a bill, but it is not! This letter is an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) document that simply reflects how your insurance processed your claim. You do not need to take any action on your EOB, and you definitely do not have to pay this amount.
