Scheduling your first appointment with a dietitian on Fay is easy and takes just a few minutes!
All you need to do is visit the Fay website to kick off the process. You’ll be asked to answer a few questions and share your insurance information (or select “Cash pay” from the dropdown menu if Fay is not in network with your insurance plan), then you can browse available registered dietitians on Fay who match your criteria!
Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to join your first session.
In advance of your first session, you’ll complete a short intake form so your dietitian will be prepared for your first appointment with them. We recommend that you also download the Fay app to make accessing your first appointment and managing your care journey as seamless as possible!
