Rescheduling appointments through Fay is simple and hassle-free! Appointment rescheduling and cancellation options are available up to 24 hours before your appointment start time.
Rescheduling an appointment through Fay’s app
Open the Fay app and navigate to the Home tab
Click the appointment you’d like to reschedule, then select Reschedule
Select the new day and time you would like, then click Reschedule appointment
Note: If you don't see any available times that work, message your dietitian directly through the app and they'll help find a mutually available slot.
Rescheduling an appointment through Fay’s website
Log in to your Fay account at app.faynutrition.com and navigate to the Home tab
Click the three dots next to the upcoming session you would like to reschedule
Choose Reschedule and pick a new day / time from your dietitian's available slots
Click Update appointment to secure your new appointment

Fay’s no-show and last-minute cancellation policy:
If your appointment is within 24 hours, please message your provider directly through Fay Chat to request a change.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or not showing up to your appointment may result in a $75 cancellation fee. Please note this fee is not covered by insurance.
