Navigating my care journey when traveling or out of state

Due to state licensure requirements, your dietitian is only able to see you while you are physically located in a state where they are able to serve patients. You can view the list of states your dietitian is able to serve patients in on their Fay profile.

If you are traveling out of state, let your dietitian know at the start of your session. They will confirm if you are still able to see them or if you’ll need to reschedule.

If you move to another state that they cannot serve patients in, please select another dietitian on Fay by selecting Switch next to your dietitian’s name in Fay. For more instructions on how to switch your dietitian on Fay, visit this article!
