Adding additional medical providers to my Fay account

Ensuring care coordination and that the right individuals are informed on your care journey is of utmost importance to us.

You have the opportunity to add members of your care team during the sign up process through Fay. This is entirely optional. Once you’ve started your journey on Fay, you can always add or remove providers (e.g., PCP, therapist) to your Fay account. Please note that at this time, you can only add or remove care team members via the Fay app.

Adding a provider from your care team to your Fay account

  1. Open the Fay app on your phone

  2. Click Profile

  3. Click Care team

  4. Add your PCP or therapist to the relevant section

  5. Click Yes, accept and share

  6. Click Save

Removing a provider from your care team in your Fay account

  1. Open the Fay app on your phone

  2. Click Profile

  3. Click Care team

  4. Click the three dots next to the name of the provider you’d like to remove

  5. Click Archive provider (or if you’d like to update to a new provider, click Update provider)

  6. Click Save
