You can update your personal account information at any time in Fay! You can update information like your preferred first name, legal sex, pronouns, height, weight, address, phone number, email, and password. Please note that you can only update your insurance information through the browser at this time.
Updating account information in the Fay app
Open the Fay app
Click Profile on the bottom of the screen
Click Profile from the list
From there, update the information you would like to change, then click Save

Click the settings icon next to your name in the bottom left corner
From there, update the information you would like to change, then click Save
