Deleting my Fay account

This article reviews how to delete your Fay account. Please note that deleting your account will prevent you from accessing care through Fay.

Prior to deleting your account

Before deleting your account, please cancel any upcoming appointments you have scheduled with your dietitian.

Deleting your account through the Fay mobile app

  1. Open the Fay app

  2. Click Profile on the bottom of the screen

  3. Click Profile from the list

  4. Scroll to the bottom, then click Delete account

  5. Read the pop up, then click Delete account and sign out

Deleting your account through a browser

  1. Log in at app.faynutrition.com

  2. Click the settings icon next to your name in the bottom left corner

  3. Under the Personal tab, scroll to the bottom then click Delete account

  4. Read the pop up, then click Delete account and sign out
