Deleting my Fay account

This article reviews how to delete your Fay account.

What to know about account deletion

Please note that deleting your account will prevent you from accessing care through Fay. That said, you can always create a new account in the future using the same email and phone number if you choose to do so.

Please note that Fay will be retaining minimum information required for legal or regulatory purposes. Your contact information is deleted immediately and you credit card information is deleted after 60 days of account deletion.

Deleting your account through the Fay mobile app

  1. Open the Fay app

  2. Click Profile on the bottom of the screen

  3. Click Profile from the list

  4. Scroll to the bottom, then click Delete account

  5. Read the pop up, then click Delete account and sign out

Deleting your account through a browser

  1. Log in at app.faynutrition.com

  2. Click the settings icon next to your name in the bottom left corner

  3. Under the Personal tab, scroll to the bottom then click Delete account

  4. Read the pop up, then click Delete account and sign out
