Updating my insurance information or payment method

You can update your insurance and payment information at any time from your account settings on Fay’s website.

Updating your insurance information

In your client portal through a browser:

  1. Log into Fay: app.faynutrition.com

  2. Click the settings icon next to your name in the bottom left corner

  3. Select Insurance, then click Update insurance information

  4. Once you’ve added your new insurance information, select Update insurance information to save your new plan

In the Fay app:

  1. Open the Fay app

  2. Select Profile

  3. Select Payment & billing

  4. Select Insurance

  5. Click Update insurance information

  6. Update the information, then select Update insurance information

Note: If you are seeing a message that says "Your insurance company could not verify your information," double-check your member ID and try entering your name in all caps, as some plans are case-sensitive.

Currently, Fay supports one insurance plan at a time. If you have multiple plans, we recommend checking both using the estimate tool and adding the one that offers better coverage.

Updating your payment method

In your client portal through a browser:

  1. Log into Fay: app.faynutrition.com

  2. Click the settings icon next to your name in the bottom left corner

  3. Select Payment, then update your card information by selecting the pencil icon to enter your new credit card information or Google or Apple Pay details

  4. Click Save to save your new payment method

In the Fay app:

  1. Open the Fay app

  2. Select Profile

  3. Select Payment & billing

  4. Select Payment, then update your card information by selecting the pencil icon to enter your new credit card information or Google or Apple Pay details

  5. Click Save to save your new payment method

While we don't currently accept FSA or HSA cards on Fay, you may still be able to use your FSA or HSA benefits! After your appointment, Fay will email you a receipt that you can submit to your FSA or HSA provider for potential reimbursement. Eligibility and reimbursement approval depend on your specific plan.
