How to view your billing details
Log into Fay: app.faynutrition.com
Click the settings icon next to your name in the bottom left corner
Select Billing, then you’ll see date of service, coverage status, and balance due (if any)
Understanding the Fay Guarantee
At Fay, we stand behind the cost estimate we gave you. With our Fay Guarantee, if you're ever charged more than what we quoted, you can request a refund for the difference directly in your Billing tab in Fay. Fay's billing team will review your claim and follow up with you.
Additionally, if our estimate ever changes based on information we receive from your insurance company after submitting a claim, we will inform you so you can prepare and plan accordingly.
