Many insurance companies offer both commercial plans (usually through an employer or purchased on your own) and government plans. Fay currently accepts commercial plans only.
The following plans are not currently accepted at Fay, even when they're offered through an insurance company we work with:
Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Supplement plans
Medicaid, including Medicaid plans managed by a commercial insurance company
TRICARE
A referral does not change whether Fay can accept or bill your government plan. Since these plans aren't accepted, sessions are charged at our cash-pay rate of $160 per 60-minute session. We're also not able to bill secondary insurance at this time.
If you also have a commercial medical plan, you can check whether Fay accepts it and add it to your account.
